Ariana Grande's already spreading the love in Manchester ... even before taking the stage for her One Love benefit concert.

She toured a hospital to visit some of the victims still healing after the bombing at Ariana's Manchester Arena show on May 22.

As she went room to room her young fans lit up ... smiling as she posed for photos with all of them.

The benefit concert is set to go down Sunday at Manchester's Old Trafford cricket ground with Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Coldplay and many more performing along with Ariana.

Michelle Obama bared enough for pretty much everyone in Tuscany to notice.

The former First Lady was out and about in a super revealing top -- if shoulders are your thing.

Barack wore a button-down shirt casually with sleeves rolled up as he walked next to Michelle.

The Obamas are splitting their time chilling and writing memoirs ... for which they're getting paid a total of around $65 million.

Nice work if you can get it.

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are worlds apart both in proximity and relationship status ... he's slapping ass in Vegas, and she's cuddling her boo at Cannes.

Scott hit up a party bus Saturday night after celebrating his 34th birthday at 1 Oak earlier, and believe it or not ... there was a stripper aboard -- or at least someone acting like one.

The Lord gets in a few good smacks on the chick's ass -- and, boy, are they loud. The music can't even drown 'em out.

All the while about 6,000 miles away ... Kourtney was cozying up to her new man, Younes Bendjima, at the Cannes Film Festival in France. She flew out there a few days ago and joined him since he's from the area. As we reported ... she's officially done with Scott, and wants him to man up and move on.

Looks like he's moving all right.

Meek Mill Meet My New Chick We Like to Party

Meek Mill's moved on from Nicki Minaj to another hot chick -- looks like he's got a type.

The rapper showed off his new girlfriend -- Nessa Colombiana -- in a few vids of them partying Friday night in Dubai. Meek's there with Nessa for Arab Fashion Week.

We're told the 2 have been hanging out for about a month ... and Nessa accompanied Meek to his big birthday bash in the Caribbean a few weeks back.

We're pretty sure she wasn't with him last week at the strip club, though.
